1. Scope
These terms apply to every stay at Zonneweelde9, Franchommelaan 144 bus 9, 8370 Blankenberge (“the apartment”). By booking, you accept these terms and the house rules. The price, payment schedule and cancellation policy are those shown when you book and in your booking confirmation; they prevail in case of conflict.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is final once you receive a confirmation by email. Bookings are made through our online reservation system (Cloudbeds). The apartment is managed together with our co-host EasyEscape.
3. Security deposit
Every stay requires a security deposit of € 600, pre-authorised (not charged) on a credit card per reservation. You will receive all details by email a few weeks before arrival. The deposit is released after your stay unless there is damage, missing inventory or exceptional cleaning costs; in that case we will inform you first.
4. Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 10:00 at the latest. When leaving, please close the windows, switch off the lights and leave the key in the key box.
5. Occupancy
The apartment accommodates up to 8 people. Only the guests named in the booking may stay overnight.
6. House rules
- Between 22:00 and 07:00 please keep quiet in and around the building. Parties and events are not allowed.
- The apartment is entirely non-smoking. Pets only with prior agreement.
- Always lock the front door when you leave and use appliances only for their intended purpose.
- Leave the apartment tidy, sort your waste (PMD, paper, residual) and run the dishwasher or wash the last dishes.
7. Damage and liability
Please report damage or defects straight away so we can fix them for the next guests. Guests are liable for damage caused during the stay by themselves or their party. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings, or for temporary interruptions of utilities, internet or appliances beyond our control.
8. Breach of the rules
In case of serious or repeated breach of the house rules we may end the stay, without refund of the remaining nights.
9. Complaints and governing law
If anything is not right, please let us know as soon as possible at info@zonneweelde9.be or +32 50 22 32 82 so we can solve it on the spot. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
